The GoBack medal works via low-consumption Bluetooth BLE technology. In particular, Bluetooth allows a dog to be identified at a distance, without having to approach it, and can also track a lost animal within a radius of up to 100 metres.
The dedicated GoBack BT medal app is available for Android and iOS smartphones. You can download it from either the Play Store or the App Store.

After receiving your medal, you'll need to activate it and program it with information about your pet. You'll find all the information necessary to guide you through this programming in the manual, which you can access by clicking the button above.
